    KloutAgent acts as:

    – Data Processor for information processed on your behalf, including brand-related emails received, analyzed, and categorized using our AI tools.

    If KloutAgent is acting as a processor, you remain the controller of that data.

    Email Filtering:
    As part of our Services, we filter incoming emails to identify brand-related inquiries for processing.

    Non-brand
    communications, such as fan emails or unrelated inquiries, are forwarded directly to the creator without being reviewed, scanned, or processed by KloutAgent.

    AI Processing:
    In order to provide categorization, negotiation assistance, and automated responses, we may process certain email content, metadata, and related information using third-party AI models.

    Our AI service providers are contractually obligated to:
    – Use your data only to deliver KloutAgent’s Services.
    – Not use your data to train their models.
    – Not retain any of your data after processing (zero data retention).
    – Seek your consent prior to any processing where required.

  13. Billing and Subscription Terms

    KloutAgent offers a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the trials expiration. The current subscription fee is $20 USD
    per month. Subscription fees are charged to the payment method provided on your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
